Below are the attachments needed to help with the proposal. Feel free to contact me regarding any questions, comments, to concerns. I am willing to pay more as well, if the proposal is exactly how I need it to be. This proposal has strict formatting and structure guidelines, which I provided a lot of background information on. The proposal is only the introduction and method right now, no results or discussion section is needed. Formatting, structures, page lengths, edits from advisor can all be used. I also provided an example of what a proposal should look like. Proposal should hit all target points to meet standards. https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/paper-format/headings .

For this assessment, you will examine how two theories could be compared in the application to an everyday learning situation. You will describe the basic tenets of each theory, use theory-specific terminology to hypothesize how a person in the case study has learned things so far that has resulted in the current challenge, and what will likely come next. Then, you will provide a theoretically grounded and evidence-based solution to the problem. Choose one of the provided case studies from Learning Theories: Case Studies. There is no need to recopy the case from the courseroom into the paper. Use the case name in the title of your paper. That will suffice for letting your reader know which person you will be working with. Choose two learning theories from the list provided. Notice that you may be using theories not covered elsewhere in the course. If there is a specific learning theory you are currently working with in your studies that is not in this list, and if you would prefer to use it for this paper, check with your instructor. Köhler's insight theory/Gestalt. Vygotsky's sociocultural theory of learning. Bruner's discovery learning. Knowles's andragogy. Rogers's humanism (used as a theory of learning). Hebb's neuropsychological theory. Miller's information processing theory. Festinger's theory of cognitive dissonance. Skinner's behaviorism. Watson's behaviorism. Pavlov's behaviorism. Bandura's social learning theory (1977). Bandura's social cognitive theory (1986). Siegel's connectivism. Mayer's cognitive theory of multimedia learning. ACTIVITY INSTRUCTIONS Write a 4–6 page paper that addresses the following: Explain the basic assumptions, strengths and limitations of each learning theory. Analyze the ability of each theory to explain and predict a case. Using terms and concepts from Theory 1, describe the case study, hypothesizing how a person has learned things so far to result in their current challenge. Then, predict what will come next for them, using theoretical concepts. Then, using terms and concepts from Theory 2, describe the case study once again. Hypothesize how this person has learned things so far to result in their current challenge. Then, predict what will come next for them using theoretical concepts. Analyze an intervention. Explore at least one intervention for the challenge presented in the case that would be grounded in or connected with one of the theories. Explain why it would work better than an intervention grounded in the alternate theory, using evidence from your research. Apply APA style and formatting to scholarly writing. Exhibit adherence to stylistic conventions, document structure, and source attributions.

Create a 4–6 page description and justification of your ideal learning situation. ALI-KHAN NOTICE THAT MY IDEAL LEARNING SITUATION IS APPLIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS Traditionally, schools have been seen as the place where learning occurs, yet people are continually learning all day, every day. In this assessment, you will explore how you learn best when you are learning something of interest, and you will compare and contrast your preferences with a case study. Instructions  Imagine you have inherited a ton of money and will never have to work for income for the rest of your life. Think of something you have wished you could experience or learn or figure out if only you had the time or money or energy. What would you learn, and how would you do it? Is your unique way of approaching learning this thing like other people's, or is it different? PLEASE FOUCUS THE ASSESSMENT ON APPLIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYSIS, THANKS Apply learning theory terminology and concepts to describe the learning situation. Identify what you will learn. Using a learning theory of your choice from any presented in the course, explain your understanding of this topic, concept, or skill so far. Describe how you will learn your new topic, concept, or skill. Predict what you should be able to do or understand after your learning experience, using terms from this theory. Justify which learning theory best supports your personal learning situation. Explain why this plan works best for you. Is it your personality, experience, knowledge, or something else that makes this the best plan? Critique this theory: what could it explain well about you and your learning plan and what could it simply not? Part 2 Select a case from Learning Theories: Case Studies. Analyze the ability of a theory to explain and predict a case.

C2A3 Write a 5-7 page analysis on a featured debate on learning theory. You will explore how the evolution of learning theories and neuroscience has shaped a current learning controversy. Learning theories evolve over time. It is important to understand how historical, political, and cultural changes affect learning theories and how they are applied. The purpose of analyzing a current learning theory debate allows you to demonstrate your knowledge of theories and critical thinking skills, as well as how to apply theory to your own specialized field of psychology. As we discover more about how people learn, the application of learning theories also changes. An idea that worked 50, 20, or even 5 years ago might not work currently due to a shift in cultural beliefs, new knowledge, or new learning contexts. Any change in our thinking can affect the way we apply learning theories. Many times, differing perspectives can lead to productive discussions and academic debates that further the evolution of the learning theory. PREPARATION In this assessment, you will explore how the evolution of learning theories and neuroscience has shaped a current learning debate. Select one of the following learning topics: Multiple intelligences. Learning styles. Brain hemisphere dominance (left versus right brain). The Mozart effect. Homework is essential for learning. The use of technology and "screens" in learning. Learning happens best in a school. Research the historical approaches for the learning controversy and how this issue is currently being debated. Looking at this learning controversy through the lens of learning theories and neuroscience, identify what has changed or been discovered. Analyze the multiple perspectives of the selected theoretical concept. Present arguments on both sides of the debate—both for and against the idea. Assess the effect of the selected theoretical concept on your area of specialization. To complete this assessment, you will need to do the following: Evaluate multiple perspectives on both sides of the selected theoretical concept. Present the arguments from both sides of the debate. Discuss the current state of the debate in the field. Assess the quality of available research being used to support a current debate in learning theory. Examine the nature of the research that is being used by each side of the debate. Determine the quality of this research by determining if the articles are theoretical in nature, are opinions, or are quality academic research. Apply APA style and formatting to scholarly writing. Exhibit adherence to stylistic conventions, document structure, and source attributions.

Variables: Let’s focus now on two types of variables: independent and dependent. The distinction between the two is that the independent variable is typically viewed as the “cause” variable and the dependent variable is viewed as the “effect” variable. The independent variable is what the researcher varies (if the researcher includes a manipulation in the study) and the dependent variable is the outcome of those variations. What Are Independent, Dependent And Controlled Variables? This assignment is practice for the final assessment. 1. Design a study testing the therapeutic effects of a drug on depressive symptoms. Be sure to clearly identify an independent variable and a dependent variable. 2. Next, design a study comparing the therapeutic effects of a drug to the therapeutic effects of exercise on depressive symptoms. 3. For each of these, be sure to clearly identify: an independent variable and a dependent variable. What is your hypothesis? What species will you use to test this? What are some of the benefits and challenges to testing the control and experimental conditions on the same people as opposed to testing those conditions on different people?
