Based on the information disseminated this semester and the information collected below, you will create a student guide as a design product of your own. This student guide will assist learners with the implementation of growth mindsets, transformative learning practices, self-directed learning, action learning, and design thinking applications that include the integration of self-awareness, self-monitoring, and self-regulatory practices in the college setting. As in design product implementations, this product will address a challenge that college students may have to overcome. To start the process, respond to the following questions. 1) What would you like to do? Indicate the focus of your student guide, a purpose statement for this student guide, and the desired impact of this product. 2) Is it possible to identify multiple solutions for the challenge that this product addresses? What do you need to know in order to understand individual needs of students? 3) What information is needed in order to complete this project? 4) Read three research articles on solutions found by research teams on product ideas related any three of these content areas : growth mindsets, transformative learning practices, self-directed learning, action learning, and design thinking applications that include the integration of self-awareness, self-monitoring, and self-regulatory practices. Then, respond to the following questions. What was designed? What actions did they take to create the stated product? What were the results and stated impacts of the product? 5)Now, you will identify the audience that will benefit from your product and the product elements important to this audience in the product you will create. **You will identify 5 individuals that will be considered part of the audience. Ask these individuals questions related to wants and needs of the identified product. 6) What themes resulted from the interviews? 7) Now, organize your ideas in the form of an outline/map to guide your implementation plan ideas. 8) State how are you going to implement your plan. 9) Identify the resources needed for this project. 10) Create a visual (ie. storyboard of elements of product or service) to think through your implementation plan. 11) Create the identified product. This design product will be presented within the contents of a Poster Presentation. 1) The Poster Presentation will need to be formed in an online program such as Canva with at least 4 posters discussing all content gleaned from questions 1-10. 2) The student guide (with a minimum of 6 posters) will help students learn about the following topics: growth mindsets, transformative learning practices, self-directed learning, action learning, and design thinking applications that include the integration of self-awareness, self-monitoring, and self-regulatory practices in order to help students address the identified challenge faced by college students.
it is going to be about the research question that I developed earlier in the semester which is "dropping out of high school" I'll be attaching the essays I talked about dropping out of high school in, and the (Researched Argument and Annotated Bibliography instructions file)

There are not many requirements for this paper. The topic I choose to discuss is: Why is the Christian faith not allowed to be taught in public schools and does that affect the classroom and students in any way? I have attached a link below that is a paper with citations. You should quote the paper and use some of the sources used in that paper, also sources you find when writing the paper. The more the better. https://scholarship.shu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?ar...
You have selected an interesting, but somewhat unclear advocacy topic. Amy Wang sounds like an interesting student advocate (although she may be a Ph.D), but her role in healthcare is unclear in your introduction. The language in your introduction is a bit confusing, and I wasn't certain if the advocate was promoting biotechnology (you should define the field), accessibility or health care innovation. There are some places lacking punctuation, and the use of "In this regard" should probably only be utilized once. As you move forward, it will be necessary to simply your topic in both word choice and breadth. The background section floats from clinical trial participation, to increased presentation of cardiovascular disease to organizations: The Society for Women's Health Research and the Alliance for Women in Science. What is the intended specific outcome of the advocacy? Who benefits and how? Things that would be a useful add in the advocate profile, a background of Amy Wang's educational and personal connection to her advocacy. In the beginning of the paper she sounds like a student, but in the sourcing of your work she has a Ph.D. Once you conduct your interview, Include a direct quote from Amy Wang regarding her experience with advocacy writing. Remember to use sample of Amy Wang's advocacy writing in your final submission. Please make sure you add your interview to your References. Dr. Brown supplied the following resource:interviews_personal_communication.html Best to you ask you move to your revision process on the final module of the session!
