Description Now that you have learned the importance of using digital content to cultivate audiences, you are poised to audit your own audience. Select one personal social network you use frequently: INSTAGRAM. Conduct a SWOT analysis of your personal "brand" on your chosen social network, and consider your audience (Seekers, Amplifiers and Joiners). Write an essay that explains the account, the types of content you typically post to it, and your relationship to your audience, as well as standard metrics—how often do you post? How many engagements do you typically see per post? Then, walk through your SWOT analysis and conclude by identifying the next step(s) you'll take to capitalize on your Strengths/Opportunities and minimize your Weaknesses/Threats to grow and engage your audience.

Description Write a 2250-4900 word MLA college level paper that proves your proficiency in the articulation of the material in class by reflecting on the course curriculum and correctly incorporating the vocabulary, concepts, and/or themes to your life.  you are assigned concepts from the class curriculum that must be applied to your life (written in the first person) and then analyzed using the class curriculum as the basis of the analysis.  The following concepts must be addressed in the order that they are stated here: FIRST CONCEPT: An Approach To Theory CORRESPONDING LESSON: 2 CONCEPTS: Objective Approach OR Interpretive Approach “Example” Particulars: Share a time in your own life when the objective approach OR interpretive approach played out. Select one or the other. Do NOT write both of them. While both may play out, select one, and share the details of how that ONE played out. “Analysis” Particulars: Define objective approach OR interpretive approach using the course materials. Cite your sources which MUST come from the class material (readings or podcast). Analyze your example against your definition, which means to explain HOW your example illustrates the definition you used and cited. SECOND CONCEPT: Stimulus-Response Model CORRESPONDING LESSON: 3 CONCEPTS: Stimulus-Response Model (Stimulus, Response, Intelligence) “Step 1: EXAMPLE” Particulars: Share a time in your life when you said something or did something that you wish you did not say or do. Then share what you wish you said or did instead. The focus is what YOU said or did, NOT what someone else said or did. AND, what YOU wish YOU said or did instead. “Step 2: ANALYSIS” Particulars: Define all three components of "The Stimulus-Response Model" using only the podcast as your reference. Analyze your example against your definitions, which means to explain HOW your example illustrates the three different components. Be sure to clearly state where each component was your example. Remember to not add to the example, you can only reference what you wrote in the example. THIRD CONCEPT: The Self CORRESPONDING LESSON: 4 CONCEPTS: I and Me “Example” Particulars: Share a time in your life when you had an exchange with another person and how they saw you was not how you saw yourself. It could be in the way they acted toward you or in the way they spoke to you (words they said, or in how they said what they said). Include in your example how you think the other person(s) saw you during that interaction and if their perception of you aligned with how you saw yourself. “Analysis” Particulars: Define the concepts of I and Me using the material from the class. Cite your sources for those definitions in MLA format which must come from the class (readings or podcast). Analyze your example against your definitions, which means to explain HOW your example illustrates the definition you used and cited. The following are instructions to help guide you complete the paper; Each Concept (section) must be titled the name of the concept and formatted using MLA Level 1 guidelines (bold, flush left). The concepts do not connect with one another. Think of the whole assignment has three small papers combine into one. Treat each concept as its own paper. No where in the paper are you asked to relate the concepts to one another. This means that you could write each section of the paper as you complete that particular lesson. Each concept has 2 steps (“Example” and “Analysis”). Each concept (section) should be at least 750 words. Your example and analysis should be at least a total of 750 words. MLA formatted that MUST include MLA Level 1 AND Level 2 Formatted, Unnumbered Section Headings to be graded (Sample Formatted Paper). THERE IS NO INTRODUCTION OR CONCLUSION IN THE PAPER. THINK OF THIS PAPER AS THREE SEPARATE PAPERS COMBINED INTO ONE. Step Details “Example” Requirements: Indicate the beginning of this concept step with an MLA Level 2 Header titled “Example” (italicized, flush left). Write out an example for the concept assigned. Write, in the first person, an example from your own life about how the assigned concept plays out in your life. Sometimes you will be assigned to write about multiple concepts. In these cases, the one detailed example should illustrate all concepts. The example is YOUR story. This should come from your own life. You want to think about a time that the given concept played out in your life and tell that story. Just tell the story. Think of it as a narrative on a specific time in your life. Remember, for communication to be clear, share all the details in your example. There is compassion in the details. The more details; the more clear we are about what we are communicating. Do NOT try to use the terms of the concept in the telling of your story – just tell the story. Do NOT explain how the concept is actually playing out in the example, in your story – leave that for the analysis. Follow college level spelling, punctuation, and grammar rules. “Analysis” Requirements: Indicate the beginning of this concept step with an MLA Level 2 Header titled “Analysis” (italicized, flush left). Write out the definition of the concept using the book, additional readings, or podcast as references (do NOT use sources from outside the class curriculum). Be sure to cite your sources (in-text citations AND bibliography). At times a specific definition may be required (whether from a podcast or specific reading in the class, if this is required it will be stated in the “CAP Specifics”. The definition is a definition NOT an explanation. In-text citations must be in MLA format. See: MLA in-text citations guidelineLinks to an external site.. Pay careful attention to the directions on how to cite a podcast. This is noted in the “Citing non-print or sources from the Internet” AND “Time-based media sources”. For in-text citations of a podcast, this means include the producer’s or narrator’s last name AND the time stamp of when something was stated (eg: Arenivar 1:20-1:35). Bibliography must be in MLA format. See: MLA bibliography guidelineLinks to an external site.. Explain how the example from step 1 illustrates the concept you defined. This is the analysis. In the instances when multiple concepts have been assigned, be sure to define all the concepts and explain where in the single, detailed example are the concepts illustrated. This full step includes your definitions and your analysis (explanation) of how the concept(s) was/were illustrated in your example. The definitions are the basis of your analysis (explanation). Obviously, if your definitions are wrong, then your analysis (explanation) would be wrong. Be sure to fully explain how your example illustrates the concept(s), how it serves as an example of the concept. Do NOT add to your story here. Think of this as an analysis of a film, where the film was the story you told in the example. One cannot add to the film; the film is the film. You can only reference (analyze) what you wrote in the example. Full points are not earned for both the example and analysis if you added to the story in this section of the paper. If you want to reference something that you forgot to put in the example; go back and rewrite your example.
