Synthesize information found in databases of reliable websites producing quality research for healthcare professionals as evidence to use in promoting best practices to improve the workplace through relationships, teamwork, and respect. Utilize the steps of the Evidence-based Practice process to find best practices and propose changes in your unit to promote a healthy workplace. (Course Objectives 4, 5 and Student Learning Outcomes 5, 8) 3. Search the literature for evidence relating to the promotion of a healthy workplace.
