Case Study Guidelines and Rubric This course includes four case studies. These exercises are designed to actively test your understanding and identify areas you need to study and research further. These case studies provide practice reading and interpreting real-world cases. These exercises also provide practice communicating your reasoning in a professional manner. Below is the case study: Module 2: Pennsylvania’s Unemployment Compensation Modernization System Assess the importance of the Unemployment Compensation Modernization System project for the state of Pennsylvania. Why was unemployment compensation modernization a risky project in Pennsylvania? Identify the key risk factors. Classify and describe the problems encountered by the UCMS projects. What management, organization, and technology factors were responsible for these problems? What could have been done to mitigate the risks of these projects?
