Hii, could you please check if my solutions are correct? I followed the instructions given in the ppt slides from my teacher. I'm especially unsure about question 2. I think I did it correctly since I used the method on slide 2, but some classmates calculated 0.3+0.4= 0.7 as the absolute error instead. I’m not sure if I’m wrong, but it clearly says to combine the squares of the absolute errors when quantities are added?? So idk Thank youu

3 discussion responses with references in APA 7th edition format Original information: In 8 to 10 slides with voice narration, provide a brief overview of the situation and, using the key concepts from your strategic communication case study, the steps that can be taken to remedy the issues. The audience for your presentation is your peers, and the goal of the presentation is to convince your audience that your communications will best address the problem you identified in the case study. Introduce the problem your communications are going to address and use the following sections of your final project to persuade your peers: Goals Justification Types of internal and external communications Mediums for both communications Target audiences and cultural considerations Potential sources of conflict Alignment with mission, vision, and goals Measurement—internal and external In response to your peers' presentations, provide feedback on the following elements: Appropriateness of the presentation for the audience and assignment Clarity of text and narration Tone Support and details Organization and transition Design and layout contributed to the effectiveness of the presentation (i.e., few or no distracting elements) Student 1- It has been great working with you all this term. My presentation with audio has been attached to this discussion. I welcome all constructive feedback because I have much to learn. The course has been a struggle for me because it requires a lot of hard work and reading, plus it is outside of my normal accounting or tax courses. I started the term attempting to take two courses but had to drop one because of work, school, and family demands. The final project was very interesting to me because of the issue I chose to focus on, which was BlewMind’s social media strategy. It will be useful to me as a business owner seeking to grow my client base. I will now be able to develop my own communication plan and strategy. More specifically, I know how to evaluate my communication medium and target audience and, most importantly, how to strategize to solve an issue that my company or I might face. I also learned about the effects of storytelling from Sandeep. I will further research his methods to improve my social media messages for my personal and professional profiles. I hope you all have a great week. I wish you all nothing but success in your future courses and careers. See Powerpoint attachment-Amen Student 2-Sorry for the late post, but I work a demanding job outside of school and year end has been a nightmare. Please see the attached presentation for week 10. This does not contain narration but does include speaker notes. After taking this course it was evident that I did not put my all into the work for this course, but consecutive terms have been mentally taxing on me over the last 3 years. I personally struggled with putting time aside to work on assignments throughout the week and oftentimes found myself trying to cram all my work in before the deadlines. I had no problems with doing the work once I put my mind to it, and it became second nature to put the concepts into action. I did enjoy putting all the pieces together to create the bigger picture (final project) of targeting a specific audience, tailoring communications, remaining transparent with stakeholders, and gauging employees needs. Overall, I can say that this course has provided me with a great learning experience and there are many concepts that I will be able to use in my future career path. It has also taught me that critical thinking and effective communication are essential in getting employees to buy-in into strategic plans and that gaining a deep understanding of the business and brand can help paint the best picture of what is needed to grow the company. See PowerPoint attachment-Vince Student 3-We made it to Week 10! Please see my small group presentation attached. Audio is embedded into the slides, so if you click on the audio icon at the top or bottom left-hand side of each slide, you should hear the presentation for each one, respectively. Regarding my experience in this course, I felt like the writing requirements were a bit overwhelming at times. The discussions and the final paper involved a lot of reading and writing from me, especially when assigned together, and while it was doable, working full-time and trying to focus on school at the same time can be quite difficult. That being said, I feel that some of the information I gained in this course regarding communication will be useful in my career going forward. Currently, I am not in any management position, but as a senior accountant I do interact with clients and my employer frequently. Having conversational skills, written and oral, is a major part of my job already and I'm never opposed to gaining new skills in this area because there are always difficult and delicate conversations to be had in the financial world. In fact, recently I discovered a potential issue within the books of one of my clients. For the past few months, there were occasional (non tax-deductible) clothing purchases from some high-end stores appearing on the client's credit card statements. Usually, these purchases are moved to an account called "owner's draw" and they are adjusted out of tax calculations at year-end. The problem here is that they were not occurring on the owner's card, but rather on the employees' credit cards. Because they were one here, one there, I didn't think anything of them at first. When I received October statements from the client's bookkeeper recently, one of the employees who has a company card, I noticed that she had roughly $4,600 in high-end clothing purchases on her statement this month. This employee is a bookkeeper, not an officer of the company, therefore her personal expenses are not to be moved to owner's draw (as owner's draws affect an officer's taxable basis.) Now, not only do I have the issue of categorizing them properly, but I had to have a conversation with my boss about my suspicions being raised. At this time, we have no answer from the owner of the business about the justification for these expenses. In other words, this could go one of two ways: these are expenses the employer authorized the employees to make or they are expenses the employees made without the owner's knowledge (and right before the holidays, it's rather unfortunate if this is the case because they will inevitably lose their jobs at this company.) For now, my boss handled this conversation with the client via email, as he is considered to be my final reviewer on everything I work on, but there may be additional conversations that need to be had going forward. As their external bookkeeper, I need to be able to have those conversations with my employer and the client, as unpleasant as those conversations can be. See PowerPoint attachment-Baylee
