Option 1 is the development of a Quality Management Plan Option 2 is the development of an Organizational Management Plan (I choose this one) Choose one option and follow the outline in the development of the plan. The plan should be clear, concise, and thorough. The plan should provide actionable items to aid in organizational development and performance. You are to provide recommendations that incorporate lean methodologies learned in this course as well as a focus on the development and implementation of human, spiritual, social, and structural capital to achieve organizational objectives. The plan should be professionally designed and worthy of submission to the company owner(s), executives, the board of directors, or management teams. Major Project Option 1: Create a Quality Management Plan From the assessment conducted, identify and select one aspect of management requiring a quality plan to improve performance outcomes. Step 1: Research the Wonderlic Test and take the shortened version, which is provided below. Step 2: Write a discussion post regarding the following after completing the test: (1) Would you recommend the use of the 50-question version of the Wonderlic Test as part of the process for selecting supervisors of production workers in a manufacturing organization? Why or why not? Explain your rationale (providing as much detail as possible) and support your position with evidence from your studies and from peer-reviewed journal articles. (2) What additional information would you like to have before considering the use of this test in an organization? Remember that the test you are taking is a shortened version of the longer Wonderlic Test. The actual test has five times the number of questions and five times the amount of time. The shortened length should not affect your analysis, as the time has been shortened an equivalent amount. references: O*NET and the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

MedTech Solutions is considering expanding their manufacturing capabilities to support a new AI-powered diagnostic device. The leadership team must decide whether to build a new production facility, upgrade the existing facility, or outsource production. Each option carries different costs, probabilities of market demand scenarios, and potential payoffs. Option 1: Build New Facility Cost: $1.2 million Strong Demand (60%): Gain $2.5 million Weak Demand (40%): Gain $1.0 million Option 2: Upgrade Existing Facility Cost: $600,000 Strong Demand (50%): Gain $1.6 million Weak Demand (50%): Gain $900,000 Option 3: Outsource Production Cost: $300,000 Strong Demand (40%): Gain $1.2 million Weak Demand (60%): Gain $500,000 Part 1: Excel Decision Tree Model Build a decision tree in Excel that includes: All three options Chance nodes (with demand probabilities) Associated payoffs (subtracting the cost from revenue) Expected Monetary Value (EMV) for each branch Highlight your final recommendation based on the EMV calculation. Part 2: Sensitivity Analysis Perform a sensitivity analysis by: Adjusting the probability of strong demand by ±10% for each decision path Adjusting the strong demand payoff by ±20% for at least one option Recalculating EMVs and determining if the optimal decision changes In Excel, clearly show the impact of these changes in a side-by-side comparison. Part 3: Video Presentation (10–15 Minutes) Create a narrated video walkthrough in which you: Explain your decision tree step-by-step: Why each node, branch, and payoff was set up the way it was How you calculated EMV Demonstrate your sensitivity analysis: Show how the EMVs and decisions change when inputs are modified Explain which factors had the biggest impact on the final decision Discuss stakeholder engagement: Explain how your analysis and modeling can be used to build stakeholder confidence Share strategies for communicating your recommendation persuasively and transparently Use visuals (Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint if needed), and speak clearly as though presenting to executives or a project team. Written Summary (400–600 Words) Along with your Excel file and video, submit a brief summary that includes: Final decision and rationale Key takeaways from the sensitivity analysis Stakeholder communication strategy Submission Checklist: Excel file with decision tree and sensitivity analysis 10–15 minute video presentation Written summary ( Word) Requirements: There is no minimum or maximum required number of pages. Discussion Thread: Retake Tendencies Quiz & Biblical Integration This week, you will re-take the tendencies quiz. Now that you have examined the various research philosophies, paradigms, biblical worldview, issues of bias, and research components, have your perceptions changed? Start by re-taking the tendencies quiz and write a post discussing the following items: After re-taking the tendencies quiz, did your results change? If so, what changed in your results, and why do you believe they changed? Did your thought process on research paradigms change week after week as you explored various types of scholarly literature? As a researcher, how does your Christian Worldview play a role in your research process? What areas of bias are essential to keep in check? Original Discussion Discussion Thread: Tendencies & Biblical IntegrationSelf-Reflection and Personal TendenciesI have just taken my first step toward analyzing how personal inclinations can affect one's research process, in the current week. By using the self-assessment tool, I found my current position, where egocentric thinking and its relation with fair-mindedness perspectives were. When I evaluate proposals from others, however, I cause more resistance than acceptance in most cases. By virtue of this personal preference, the research findings are likely to be affected, and I may start unfolding the supportive evidence while overlooking the other data points. People first must understand their situation in order to grow. I follow the biblical verse Proverbs 15:22 to get counsel for the revision of the plan, and it makes me realize the importance of humility and openness, which are both necessary for trustworthy research.Identifying My Research ParadigmMy research paradigm required me to establish the framework that determines my interpretation techniques and construction of knowledge. Through inner reflection, I have chosen the interpretive paradigm since it focuses on comprehending personal experiences based on their contexts. The research approach consists of qualitative assessments like observations combined with narratives, which enable me to study phenomena by understanding their reasons. This is particularly important for education research, given that individual stories hold weight. The pragmatist approach resonates with me because it unites qualitative vivid understanding with quantitative exactness for resolving practical issues (Creswell & Creswell, 2018). It’s a dual alignment because I set out to make a piece of research that is both meaningful and actionable; that is, it’s rooted in subjective insights and measurable outcomes.Biblical Integration and Christian WorldviewMy Christian worldview is what I integrate within research, and it serves as an ethical purpose for all of my scholarly work. Moreover, the Bible provides eternal principles that define the way I should mold my research goals and research methods. Colossians 3:17 advises believers to do research activities and all other tasks that aim to glorify God. If I am seriously devoted to integrity, I will deliver findings without artificial manipulation. According to scripture, God’s word is a ‘lamp to my feet’ that purges me from untruths at any cost (Ps. 119:105). Firstly, God’s concern for justice manifested by the biblical teaching in Matthew 22:39 encourages me to study how educational settings can ensure equitable service to others.Synthesis and ApplicationOverall, My reflection shows how my worldview beliefs, as well as beliefs in faith, blend well with my natural inclinations. However, I occasionally show traits of egocentricity that require me to seek biblical humility in being corrected in the course of my research work. The interpretive pragmatist paradigm provides me a way to handle education questions critically but practically and to bring Christian values that result in serve-oriented moral clarity with my educational efforts. This confluence of forces propels me to research and interlace the paths of scholastic and spiritual approaches so that college-generated knowledge shares God’s factual truth as well as His face of love.ReferencesCreswell, J. W., & Creswell, J. D. (2018). Research design: Qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods approaches (5th ed.). Sage Publications. The Holy Bible, New International Version.
