Your task this week is to create an instructional plan that best fits your organization and addresses the learning goals and objectives. The end product, which you will upload here for your classmates to critique, is two to three lesson plans (see Exhibit 8.4) for training sessions/modules related to your overall program. You also need to identify how you will assess learning. Add a section at the end of each lesson plan that outlines how learning will be assessed.
