You are the current safety manager for B and I Transport, which is headquartered in Iowa. B and I Transport specializes in dry good logistics in all of the lower 48 states. You have been tasked with improving your company’s risk management plan. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation sharing your recommendations for improving safety performance within multiple levels of your fleet operations. Incorporate the use and benefit of in-cab cameras, and describe how these cameras can assist safety managers with introducing improved methods of safety mitigation. Your presentation must be at least 10 slides in length (pictures are always nice to include) not including your title slide and reference slide.  Also, make certain to include at least two outside sources (study guide and links within and book are great sources) MUST BE FLEET SAFETY RELATED .
