What four main factors influence/affect the consumer decision process? (Note that I am not asking about the steps of the consumer decision process. There is an exhibit in the book that lists the four main factors and their accompanying components). Tell us about two situations when your buying decision process was influenced by one, two, three, or all of the influencing factors.  What specific factor(s) were at play in both situations?
