As we close this course, your last assignment will be a brief reflection on leadership, your personal growth and the future. Reflection Assignment Directions: Based on these last 7 weeks, you created weekly blogs and wrote research papers surrounding leadership theories, change and organizational design. You created an individual leadership plan that will help guide your personal transformation. For this final week’s assignment, you will create a brief reflection paper using the materials throughout class. Focus on the following questions: • Did you change? • Did blogging increase your skill set and creativity? • Where was your personal growth? • Were there any fallacies?
