Activity Instructions This project provides you the opportunity to examine yourself as a leader, given the assessments and readings reviewed during class. You will include the self-assessments within the text. The paper is expected to be introspective on your leadership attributes and deficiencies relative to your career and personal development. Analyze the areas of influence, like motivation, power, conflict management andcommunication. A personal leadership map should be included to discuss your personal plan for development and growth. Be sure to include leadership theories and how they apply to you personally support by scholarly research. Headings are to be used in the paper as outlined in the guidelines provided. Be sure to include an Appendix with self-assessment scores and brief summaries. This part can be creative. The paper should be written from the first-personperspective and provide examples of how your insights about your leadership apply to your work and personal experiences.
