Unit 3 DB: Learning Unit 3 DB: Learning As we are discovering in this unit, we incorporate learning concepts into our lives on a daily basis, which helps us survive as well as achieve many developmental milestones. In addition, the ability to learn enables us to accomplish other goals and achievements. For this discussion, describe how you would apply observational learning and operant conditioning to develop good work and study habits. Be sure to detail the concepts and include a few examples for each. Remember to begin including in-text citations for all paraphrased information as well as include an APA formatted reference list for all sources used in the posts. Consult the Post University APA Style Quick Sheets guide for assistance. In response to your peers, provide additional factual (paraphrased from a third party) information, and discuss observations and/or alternative perspectives. Include some feedback regarding content and not presentation style. Respond to at least two other posts, and be sure to use a congenial and supportive tone.
