Throughout this course, you will work towards creating a financial plan for a Fortune 500 as if you were a manager. This week you will start your research that will be used in the Summative Assessments in Weeks 2, 4, and 6. You will not be able to change your company after this week. You will study and write about the same Fortune 500 for six weeks.  Select a Fortune 500 company. Pick a Fortune 500 company you will enjoy learning about their financial performance.  Retrieve financial information and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Fortune 500 company studied in our class. You may find this information on Yahoo! Finance®, in the University of Phoenix Library Finance Resources, Fortune 500 company’s website, or other finance resources online. If you are unfamiliar with using Yahoo! Finance, the Yahoo! Finance Navigation Guide provides helpful information on finding KPIs for your company. Your financial plan will need to include KPIs for your company. Create a 1- to 2-page outline or chart identifying KPIs, including the following. Provide the answer for each financial metric for 2021 and 2022. For instance, share the ticker symbol for the Fortune 500 company. Provide cash flow from operations. Provide PE, dividends, EPS, etc. The company and its ticker symbol. Price-to-earnings ratio (include the date). Stock dividends and the yield, if any (include the date). Earnings per share ratio (include the date). Revenue estimates for the next 12 months. Revenue from 2021, 2022, and 2023. Statement of cash flows and identification of net cash from operating, investing, and financing activities for 2021, 2022, and 2023. Average trade volume. (include the date). Current stock price, a 52-week high, and 1-year estimated stock price. Analysts’ recommendations for the stock (buy, sell, or hold). Market cap for the company.
