Throughout the course, you will be working on developing an IMC plan, which you will submit as your final project in Week 5. This assignment is the second step toward developing the IMC plan. Last week, you selected a brand for your final project and conducted research on it. You wrote about your brand’s image, its communication research information, and the company’s segmentation strategies. This week, you will apply that research in creating a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. You will then use your SWOT analysis to recommend a new product, service, or combination of a product and service for your selected brand. In your paper, Conduct a SWOT analysis for your brand Describe the new product or service that you recommend for the brand based on the results of your SWOT analysis. Explain how this new product will help offset the weaknesses of the brand by taking advantage of its strengths and opportunities. Analyze how this new product will reduce the brand’s threats by taking advantage of its strengths and opportunities.
