Budgets are an important tool for performance and measurement. For this discussion, you will determine and prepare a sales budget for 3 months. Please share this and discuss relevant information in determining the selected months, the importance of the budget process, and how the sales budget that you created will flow through the budget process to complete a master budget.T Think about your workplace or one with which you are familiar. Assume an annual budget is created for that organization and each workgroup contributes their budget until the total budget is created. How confident would you be that the budget reflected close to the reality of revenues and expenses?
