This assignment challenges you to work in groups to explore a common communication and/or workplace problem. Please work as a group to create a dynamic presentation that engages a specific audience. The presentation should identify causes of the problem; potential solutions to the problem; and actions that will address the problem. Our topic is Feedback: providing valuable feedback and responding to negative feedback.  My part is **Responding to Negative Feedback**   - **Stay Calm and Open-Minded**: Listen without interrupting; avoid defensiveness.   - **Seek Clarification**: Ask questions to understand the feedback more clearly.   - **Self-Reflection**: Take time to reflect on the feedback received.   - **Take Responsibility**: Acknowledge any valid points and express willingness to improve.   - **Develop an Action Plan**: Discuss specific steps to address the concerns and set measurable goals for progress.   - **Follow-Up**: Revisit the feedback after some time to discuss improvements and progress or You can write a different step yourself.
