The purpose of this assignment is to help you see how communication models can be used to understand and facilitate effective group communication. Based on your own experience in groups, write a two-page paper in which you make and support a claim about the two models of group development presented in chapter 1 of the text. Familiarize yourself with the two models: 4-phase model and the sequential model. Then advocate for the adoption of one model over the other to be used in training and discussion of group process within your organization.
