THE DECISION-MAKING PROCESS As leaders, it’s important to understand who the stakeholders include in the decision-making process. Part of the decision-making process is doing a stakeholder analysis. This assessment will provide an opportunity to learn more about what to consider when determining your internal and external stakeholders. Consider a project you have worked on in the past.
