Select an HSO where you intend to advance your career and locate a facility in your general area. Identify and contact an administrator at that facility. The administrator you select should be as close to senior leadership as possible. Ideally, this person should at least have access to senior leadership. If you are unsure whether your contact is appropriate, contact your instructor. For assistance with explaining the purpose of the interview and how the information will be used, see the template instruction Complete the Assignment Template with four responses from your interview with an HSO administrator. Also, on the Assignment Template, synthesize the information from the interview and respond to the two questions at the end of the template. Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. (2021).
