Discuss how collaboration with other nations be can leveraged to create effective joint strategies, policies, and coordinated efforts to resolve the conflict and implement a lasting peace agreement. Analyze the effectiveness of current humanitarian aid efforts in the context of the specific challenges faced by the six minority groups targeted in the Syrian Civil War. What improvements or innovations can be suggested for a more efficient and impactful delivery of aid to the minorities and political opposition groups?
