Reflect upon what you have learned about the three types of roles that operate in small group process and your own and others' communication behavior in past group experiences (does not have to be a work-related group, can be any group!). Identify the small group communication roles you enacted or observed in these group experiences. As you share these roles, provide examples and describe the communication.
