Reflect on the course material from IAL 501, Principals of Character-driven Leadership. Think about: how the tenants of values, ethics, leadership, and earning trust, emerge in the leader in me and "the environment I lead in." how does the framework of Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous apply to the international affairs environment? These foundational concepts are critical to applying leadership in the international affairs arena. The principles now reviewed will be applied to the remainder of the course in the non-profit, public, private, and diplomatic sectors at home and abroad.
