Summary of the Decision Situation(s) - 10 pts Include how/why the company is in the predicament it’s in. [NOTE: There could be several decisions]. It is not necessary to provide a detailed summary of the case. A brief overview is all that is needed to provide the context for the decision situation(s) you have identified. Alternatives/Evaluation/Analysis [PROS/CONS] – 30 pts Key decision criteria used to evaluate each alternative (how many alternatives did you identify. Each case provides some – can you come up with others?) You should explain your criteria before you begin the analysis. Comprehensive analysis of each alternative using the decision criteria you’ve cited. IMPORTANT: Each alternative should be one way to solve the decision situation you identified in the previous section. It is best to use a decision matrix in this section. It helps the audience follow your logic and arrive at the same conclusion(s). You may create any type of matrix you wish, but it should make logical sense and be relatively easy to follow. Recommendations including specific implementing guidelines (NOTE: this section should absolutely be more than 1 slide) – 55 pts Your highest-scoring alternative should become your final recommendation.
