Psychologists published the following study in the Journal of Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being (HWB). HWB is one of the two official journals of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), the oldest worldwide association of scholars and practitioners of the discipline of psychology (founded in 1920). Applied psychology is a broad global term which can be understood as using psychology to research and contribute to the resolution of "real world problems". The quantitative article you will read is about the affect of Covid-19 on loneliness and depressive symptoms LGBTQ+ Germans. The assignment is designed to practice reading, thinking, and writing scientifically and prepare you for the term paper. The term paper can be more or less conceptualized as doing this process 3 (total number of experimental sources required) times (along with a few other requirements; See FAQs document in project module).
