PowerPoint and it should include visuals such as pictures and video clips of the implementation of the project. Use the headings provided at the beginning of this document for your slides. Your presentation should include carefully selected digital photographs and short video clips (these can be of you presenting, the participants do not have to be videotaped) during the implementation of your field experience project to share with your professor and peers.  The presentation should supplement your paper to assist in demonstrating your learning outcomes through presenting the field experience.   The headings to use in your final paper and presentation are in bold font below.  Title Page Introduction: a paragraph or two to identify the objectives (tell the reader what you plan to do) and give an overview of the paper (tell the reader how you plan to do it).  Note: the presentation would be one slide of key information in short bullet points. Literature review on your special care population (this is the revisions of draft you submitted on June 16th) include a summary of the needs assessment information for your population.  Tables can sometimes be used to reduce the text of the paper and still provide important information so think about whether this is a way to convey information to your reader and reduce your narrative portion of the paper.  Note: the presentation will be 1 or 2 slides with key words/phrases to convey key information. Methods: Provide an overview of the plan you developed for the health promotion/disease prevention program based on the needs assessment. Results: Provide information on your program outcomes and possibly a table or graph. Discussion: Discuss how the outcomes relate to the literature and previous research. You may also include observations from personal experience, but make sure that it is clear these are your personal opinions and not evidence-based.
