In (b), you note what the article was about, BUT do not start with the author(s) names. It is a continuation of (a). In (c), you mention the findings. In (d), you say how the article is relevant to your proposed research. Keep it concise and reduce the verbosity. Also, you noted the words 'Conceptual Framework' between the first two summaries. To which does it belong? You must say IN THE SUMMARY that the article will help the development of your conceptual framework. Also, where are the articles on your theories? You need two articles on Taylor's scientific management and individual differences perspective theory.
