Part A: Now that you have identified the gaps between what the school states in the mission, vision, and values statements and its current reality based on your data, you are going to research, identify, and propose a series of possible solutions to address those gaps in your problem statement. Use the Excel planning chart provided in Modules - Week 5, identify at least 4-5 possible solutions based on the content of your peer-reviewed, researched-based resources. Briefly explain the pros and cons of each solution. Be sure to include the completed chart in your final narrative paper. Briefly identify the types of resources required to support each solution. Briefly identify the research sources associated with each solution. select at least two (2) solutions you will use to build your implementation plan around in PBL Activity Assignment 4. Part B: Now create a comprehensive narrative essay for these two (2) selected solutions. You will address the items previously outlined but now in much greater detail. Extend your explanation and rationale of the pros and cons of each solution. Create an organized synthesis of the peer reviewed research literature focused on each solution. Explain how each solution addresses the gaps the data identified in PBL Activity 2. Clearly identify how each solution will improve the areas of equity, inclusion, and cultural responsiveness within your organization. Clearly identify the resources (people, financial, academic, community, etc.) needed to implement each solution. Include a personal reflection on why you selected the chosen solutions for your specific school or school district.
