RESEARCH QUESTION ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS Project Working Title: The Impact of Staff Shortages on Service Delivery in the Public Nursing Sector in The Bahamas OVERVIEW Though the expectations of a capstone and dissertation project differ in some respects, both project formats require a research question.
