my topic is Responsible Consumption and attached is the slide from the class. The assignment consists of a video presentation and deck. A rubric for assignment will be provided. Students will pick a topic from a provided list and prepare a 4-minute video presentation and deck. The student will submit a recording and the deck for grading. The presentation and deck must include research on the topic, including citations, and be cited in the video and deck. The research can be news articles and/or research journals. Each student will select a topic from their assigned chapter. You will analyze and explain a single concept or theory from the assigned chapter by using an application/example (news article/marketing tactic/personal experience/etc.) in the form of an informative presentation video. The focus should be on how your example applies to the chapter concept of your choice. The Video: You will present your analysis, research, and example to the class, using an informative video recording. You can record your presentation in any platform you like (I highly recommend using Kaltura or Zoom recording), as long as you can upload it or post a link to it in Canvas. You must be visible during the presentation as well as show the slides. Your presentation should always start with your name, your chapter number, and the concept/theory you are presenting about. If you believe that a short video (20 seconds to 1 minute maximum) of an advertisement for example, would be a good illustration of your point, you can make that part of your presentation. Your presentation should be 4 minutes with a buffer of 15 seconds on either side.. Please do not exceed the maximum time limit of 4 minutes 15 seconds, including any media (with embedded videos max time of 1 minute). If you include a video, it DOES NOT count in towards the length of the video (e.g., you have a :30 second video), then your final video length would be 4:15 to 4:45. The expectation is that you present for the required time of four minutes. Please make sure that your presentation is not a reading of your paper. Your example should be creatively presented to illustrate the concept in a way that grabs our attention and allows us to understand it better. Please note that finding a video or article that explains the concept does not count as an application of the concept.

In this assignment, you are going to create one of the sections (the whole marketing plan outline is attached below, but for this assignment, you are only to write one section of them) in the whole market plan. The section 2: Business Challenge. (Rubric attached below) I have created the Company Name and Product and/or Service, and attached it below. Please based on the idea in it to create Section 2. In the “business challenge” section of the plan, the planner describes the offering and provides a brief rationale for why the company should invest in it. In other words, why is the offering needed? In addition, the company’s mission statement should be referenced. How does the offering and marketing plan further the company’s mission? The following subtitles should be included in this chapter: Company Description, Mission Statement, Goals of the Marketing Plan, Owner Qualifications Remember, the focus of your marketing plan should center on a unique company and product or service. Essentially, you are an entrepreneur marketing your startup company’s unique product or service. Keep in mind that some of the marketing plan guidelines in the PDF course book refer to existing businesses and product or services. Your focus should be a startup entrepreneurship; therefore, overlook requirements for an existing business. PDF course book page 470 (Textbook attached below) Please use APA 7th format for resources. (i work in Human Resource at a logistics company that works for the government, us army) Using the Osterwalder and Pigneur Business Model Canvas as a resource, create a business model canvas of the business organization where you work. Since every organization has unique features, do your best to work at the application of the various components of the building blocks of the canvas. Show as much detail as you can so that it is evident that you comprehend the general business model of your organization. There must be a demonstration of synthesis of the procedure on your part. You may need to interview some of the management team to verify the business model details of your organization. You may also benefit from conducting an Internet search of the Business Model Canvas to become comfortable with how it works. There are many other YouTube-type videos on the web that demonstrate the use of the canvas. Your submittal this week will be considered as a "draft" that should consist of: 1. A Cover page that provides a general description of your organization/business: Name of the organization (preferably your present organization/business) Date of origination (or incorporation) Location (as appropriate; some entities require discretion)- Fort Cavazos Tx Brief overview of the purpose of the organization/business Description of your relationship and role in the organization/business Other details that enable fuller explanation (if applicable) 2. Business Model Canvas with Post-It notes (as seen in the examples). You have three options for the submission of your canvas: You may download and use the blank PowerPoint canvas with electronic Post-Its to create your canvas, (attached) or You may create a Word.doc that lists the nine building blocks (clearly identify each one) and uses bulleted points in the same manner as Post-Its. Creation of your post-its via the following web-help site, and then submission of the resulting URL for the finished canvas. (Canvanizer) 3. Create a memo (no particular format, but neatly presented) that describes what you learned about your organization/business as a result of creating the business model canvas.

Managers tend to have a more internal locus of control. After completing the self-assessment, answer the following questions: Do you think that your score accurately reflects your locus of control at work? Why or why not? How do you think the work locus of control might influence your effectiveness as a manager? What do you think is the ideal locus of control in a work setting and why? What might you do to make your work locus of control consistent with your answer to question 3? [Your post must be substantive and demonstrate insight gained from the course material.
