The purpose of this assignment is to identify a problem or concern in your organization, local community, or state in which change can occur through advocacy and legislation. Nurses often become motivated to change aspects within the larger health care system based on their real-world experience. 1.) Reread your initial post from last week's discussion board. Recall the topic you chose and the graphical representation you've already created.  2.) Find two new sets of data within your same topic and create a different graphical representation (graph/chart) for each set of data. This means you will have three total graphical representations based on three different sets of data within the same topic. This also means that you should have 3 completely different types of graphs/charts (for example: one pie chart, one bar graph, and one line graph) with no repeated graph/chart types. 3.) Post all three graphical representations, including the one you made last week, into this week's discussion board for your initial post. Post written summaries for each graphical representation, analyzing each in a thorough manner. You must make your initial post by Day 4 of the week, and you must cite the source of these data sets in your initial post, using proper APA formatting.

PLEASE RESPOND TO THE FOLLOWING POST OF A CLASSMATE IN 100 WORDS, Remember that your posts must be substantive and contribute to the dialogue that is taking place: The consumers frequently have the impression that herbal preparations are safe because of their natural origin which underlines the importance of health professionals instructing their patients on the potential risks and precautions that may accompany these natural remedies. Although they are nature based, herbal supplements sometimes interfere with the regular medications and pose health risks particularly when used without proper guidance (Edward & Ariche, 2019). It is vital for health practitioners to warn the patients of these risks and encourage them to seek professional advice before taking the herbal supplements. Additionally, patients need to be informed about the fact that the herbal products are not regulated by the FDA, so they can display different quality, potency, and purity (Edward & Ariche, 2019). Promoting patients to only acquire supplements from dependable sources and consulting healthcare workers before use will go a long way in minimizing the side effects and ensuring effective integration into treatment regimens. Educating patients about possible interactions between medications and herbal preparations is of great importance for medication safety and achieving optimal treatment effectiveness, as herb-drug interactions may affect efficacy and safety. Healthcare providers have to stress the necessity of patients to disclose all the medications and supplements that they are using to avoid adverse reactions or any other negative consequences (Edward & Ariche, 2019). The healthcare professionals impart the importance of communication and education to the patients thereby enabling the people to take wise choices regarding their health so that the risk of mixing drugs and using herbal preparations can be minimized.
