Overview In this module, you explored the impact that culture can have on the perspectives of active citizens and society in general. In this assignment, you will have the opportunity to further explore how culture can influence perspectives related to your selected social movement or affiliated interest group. You will also reflect on the change that your selected social movement or affiliated interest group has achieved and the importance of ethics in relation to your topic. Directions In this assignment, you will examine the impact of culture on perspectives of the social movement or affiliated interest group you selected for your project, the change that has occurred because of your selected social movement or affiliated interest group, and the importance of ethics as it relates to your topic. You will use at least two sources from the Shapiro Library that represent diverse perspectives to support your short paper. Specifically, you must address the following: Describe how culture has contributed to or influenced your personal perspective on the selected social movement or affiliated interest group. Describe how cultural perceptions have contributed to or influenced others’ perspectives on the selected social movement or affiliated interest group. Explain the type of change that the selected social movement or affiliated interest group has achieved. Include the following in your response: How did people get involved?
