Overview For your Final Project, you will analyze a case. To help get you started on your analysis, you will complete the Describe the Case Worksheet. The worksheet will assist you in identifying the pertinent details of a court case including facts and issues. Prompt Your instructor will use the rubric below to make sure you have correctly identified the crucial facts in the malpractice case when you complete the Describe the Case Worksheet.
