Read instructions below: Course Objectives: CLO #1: Assess elements of contemporary leadership theories and models CLO #2: Analyze qualities and skills of a highly effective, ethical leader. CLO#3: Examine the role of the healthcare administrator in leading a high reliability organization. CLO #4: Critique management principles and skills required for effective operational management of a healthcare organization. CLO #5: Develop a personal philosophy of ethical leadership in health care. For the assignment: Provide an overview of two leadership theories (Transformational leadership theory and Servant leadership theory) Provide an overview of 5 topics discussed in the discussions in relation to one of the leadership theories. (Either tranformation or servant) Topic 1 : Communication Topic 2: Team Dynamics Topic 3 : Conflict Management Topic 4 : Ethical Leadership Topic 5 : Decision Making Choose which leadership theory you would choose to use and explain why it is best suited for you. Powerpoint must be 10-12 slides total ( not including title and reference slide) with atleast 5 scholarly sources. Also, add notes for presentation. I have attached some of the powerpoint that's completed so include all into the new PowerPoint so it's all just one. Use some of the references in the powerpoint i've attached Note: make the style of the powerpoint minimalistic with black and white style and colors.
