Module 8 | Assignment 1: Concept Mapping ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE AND INTERNATIONAL FOCUS INSTRUCTIONS Take some time to reflect on what you have learned throughout this course about organizations.  Next, what would be the implications if you were to work in an organization outside of the U.S.?  Finally, what principles or concepts about global practice are useful for practicing in the U.S. context.  A Concept Map is a tool that helps you visualize and put onto paper how you see the relationships among a set of connected concepts and ideas that you are reading or learning about. Your own Concept Map is how you view the connected ideas, and as such, there is no “right” or “wrong” way to create a Concept Map. A Concept Map can also help you understand what parts of the reading you understand and what parts of the reading you do not understand.  To see some samples and get ideas, you can use these samples as a reference. You can select whichever template works best for you to organize your thoughts and ideas.  Make a comment on at least 2 other colleagues' post - what similarities did you make, what connections did they make that resonated with you, did you learn anything new from their post?
