Look over your Worldview Assignment and choose one of your worldview statements. What is your chosen worldview statement? Now, explain and discuss the theoretical framework that aligns with your chosen worldview statement. The chosen worldview statement for this question is, "Gender roles and expectations are the major factors that have continued to shape individual experiences in the workplace." The theoretical framework you will use for this is contemporary feminist theory. 2. Explain and discuss the theoretical framework that has stayed with you this semester. This theoretical framework should not be the same as the theoretical framework from question #1. The theoretical framework you will use for this question is Structural Functionalism Theory. This question is about how the theoretical framework made you feel and why it was a theory that stuck with you this semester. I will attach powerpoints for both contemporary feminist theory and structural functionalism theory. I will also attach the textbook for you to read the chapters for more information if needed. The powerpoint slides should have the pages that you can read for more information.
