Lesson 02 - Assignment As you continue to work on developing your hypothetical human service program, address the below questions in your APA program proposal. As explained in Lesson 1, Assignment 1, the purpose of each Lesson Assignment is to help you create a Program Proposal in phases. At the end of each lesson, you will return to your Program Proposal paper to continue to add to it. At the end of the semester, you will have a completed Program Proposal for your Final Project (Lesson 12). To continue the process of creating your Program Proposal, address the questions listed below and add them to your existing Program Proposal paper (begin a new paragraph; do not create a heading or subheading; simply begin a new paragraph). You will need two (2) new references (professional sources), giving you a total of five (5) references on your reference page (be sure to put them in alphabetical order). Remember, do not write out the questions; write your answers in a third-person APA narration, be concise, fully spell out your words, and articulate your ideas thoroughly. Upload your APA paper under Lesson 2 Assignment (this upload should have the contents of Assignments 1 and 2 within the paper). What are some ways to go about assessing the needs and strengths of the community to help determine a good fit for the community? What culture and diversity factors should be considered to help create a positive effect on potential clients and the program. What factors can negatively impact clients and program?
