In the Literature Review section, based on my supervisor’s feedback, it was not written correctly and requires revision. The Literature Review should include a clear definition and explanation of the research topic, as if you're giving a lecture about the subject. Numerical data and the results of previous studies should not be included in the Literature Review; they belong in the Discussion section instead In the Introduction section, references must be cited after each paragraph to support the information presented The required task is to revise the Literature Review by removing any parts that include results or statistics from other studies and moving them to the Discussion section. Keep only the correct parts that explain and define the research topic. Then, continue writing the Literature Review properly by expanding on the subject — provide a detailed explanation of the topic, its background, causes, contributing factors, how it develops, and how it affects individuals or systems. The focus should be on describing the topic in depth, not reporting study findings In the Discussion section, compare the findings of your study with the results from the 12 selected studies used in this research. Highlight similarities, differences, and how your results support or contrast with previous research. This comparison should focus on the key factors and effects related to burnout as addressed in your study
