  Identify and describe a hypothetical project for use in this course. The project should consist of work that will take at least 4 months’ time, have a beginning and end, and use people and resources (at least 5 team members) that will provide a product, service, or result to an organization.  Prepare a 525- to 700-word outline of the project that includes the following:  Identify the approach you will take to manage the project (agile, predictive, or hybrid).  Summarize five reasons why you selected the approach.   Evaluate how the approach will work with the organization.  Define the expectations from the project sponsor.   Assess what expectations the sponsor will have for deliverables.  Summarize the objectives for the project.
