I would like assistance with the first assessment in Unit 7CO02, specifically with Questions 3, 6, 10, and 15, according to the requirements set by CIPD. I have attached the Assessment Windows Guidelines, Assessment Brief, and Advanced Diploma Submission Checklist for your reference. After submitting the assessment to CIPD, they may request some corrections. I need to know if it will be possible to correct the assessment after submission. I may receive a response from the CIPD center regarding the assignment approximately one month after the submission date. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Additionally, I would like to improve my grade on this assignment. My last submission received an 8, which I believe it can better. I kindly request that you check all the attached files and read them carefully, especially the Assessment Questions starting from page 11. Additionally, please review the Marking Descriptors on page 22 of the Unit Guide and answer according to them.
