(Parker, 2021) and be sure to look over the charts.   In the first paragraph and 8-10, grammatically correct and meaningful sentences, summarize the main points of the entire article. Do not offer your own views or experiences as this paragraph is only focused on a summary of your findings. Write in your own words .  In the second paragraph and another  8-10, grammatically correct and meaningful sentences explain your own thinking or views about the information you wrote about in paragraph one. You can use evidence from your own life to support your thinking and views. For example, what might be some major consequences on American society, including the economic and/or family institutions? Have you ever been exposed to or experienced anything in your own life that reminds you of what you wrote about in paragraph one?  In the third paragraph and another 8-10, grammatically correct and meaningful sentences explain in your own words how what you wrote in paragraph one relates to two of the following theories on education, of your choice: Functionalism, Conflict, or Functionalism from Chapter 16 in THE textbook. Only choose two of the three theories and be sure to first define each theory in your own words and then explain in depth how these definitions relate to your summary. Your grade points for this paragraph are specifically based on your definition and application of each of the two theories, so devote approximately the same level of depth and sentences to each definition (at least two meaningful sentences per theory) and each application (at least two meaningful sentences per theory).
