his assessment is designed to help you track your learning as you practice new skills, learn from mistakes, set improvement goals, and develop your personalized negotiation toolbox. The breakdown of the 2 parts are as follows. 1. Planning (Part 1) You will be required to submit a negotiation plan blog post during your tutorials in weeks 1, 2, and 3. This is a formative assessment, meaning that Part 1 (Planning) blog posts will be marked based on completion, not accuracy or quality. You will earn marks by simply posting anything during your tutorial planning time in weeks 1-3. Please refer to the mark allocation table on the following page for a detailed breakdown of how the assessment is marked. Part 1 aims to build your planning capability and confidence for Assessment #2: Negotiation Plan. 2. Reflection (Part 2) After the weekly in-class negotiation simulations, you will be encouraged to seek feedback from your peers/tutor. Then, using AI as a negotiation coach, you will reflectively analyse your insights and learnings from the in-class negotiation. Using AI, you will co-construct knowledge, insight, and co-develop your personalized negotiation tools for your toolbox. You will then create a blog post for your reflective analysis addressing the following questions. Q1. What did you learn, and/or what insights did you develop based on what went well and areas of improvement? Q2. How can you improve for next week’s negotiation? Outline 1-2 personalised negotiation tools (based on the lecture content from that week) that will help you improve for the following week's negotiation. Negotiation Tools in Question 2 (Q2) should demonstrate how you will practically apply concepts, frameworks, strategies, tactics, etc., covered in that week’s lecture.
