For this critical essay you are to take the Jordan Peele's film, NOPE, and write an analysis of the film within a historical context. Focus on one or more of the following conceptual lenses in order to ground your analysis: "Cinema of Attraction" Feminist critique Genre Auteurism Changing technologies Your analysis should be lead by an inquiry into how this particular film explores film style and form in relation to the chosen heuristic(s).
