Description Week 6 Discussion Introduction Week 6 spotlights the importance of evaluating efforts in leadership and organizations. Initial Post Instructions For your initial post, provide an explanation of why you should evaluate your efforts, whether in work or in life. What benefit is realized when you provide an evaluation to your workers. What happens when you are evaluated? How do you react from constructive criticism? Have you had experience with a 360-degree evaluation? What types of outcomes come from these types of exercise. Do not be afraid to discuss negative outcomes you have experienced. Additionally, you will submit a draft of your capstone presentation. Your peers will be able to provide comments and suggestions prior to your final submission. Secondary Post Instructions Respond to at least two peers. Develop recommendations on improvement plans. Promote ideas for continued professional growth. Writing Requirements • In addition to one initial post, respond to at least two peers. • Initial Post Length: minimum of 350 words • Secondary Post Length: minimum of 200 words per post • Use APA format for in-text citations and list of references. • Must include at minimum 1 scholarly references that is not the textbook. Tips for Success At the start of our course, it is critical to focus on expectations listed. The minimum at the graduate level will earn an 80% score. An A represents complex analysis and demonstration of understanding. Courses are fast paced and require strong time management skills. Finally, restating readings does not achieve the goal. Instead, you must include scholarly references to illustrate this next level of learning.
