Description Week 2 Assignment – Capstone Part 2 Literature Review Resources: Review the Week 6/7 Final Projection and Presentation Overview Document and the videos and readings in Week 2. Introduction: You will work on your final capstone project and presentation throughout this class. Each week there will be a focus on individual elements required for the final project/presentation. This week, you will be developing your research/literature review section of your project. Activity Instructions: For your assignment, submit a Word document that identifies the following: Part II: Literature Review/Research • Restate your Problem Statement/Project Goals • Include separate headers and sections on specific research to your project. o For example, this could include Leadership Skills, Communication Needs, Staffing Trends. These sections will be specific to your project. If your project is implementing a new product, you will include things like historical data, technology, etc. • Section on the organization’s background, structure, etc. • Section on vision, mission, goals, objectives and design of the project • Note – during week 1 and 2 you will do the research into the organization and why the proposal needs solutions and recommendations. This week you are only selecting the option and creating a problem statement. Grading and Assessment: This assignment will earn a grade based on the grading rubric.
