Description UNFORMATTED ATTACHMENT PREVIEW Chapter 24 Reflection Questions How can you remember and remind yourself about the most important and meaningful things that you have learned about and done as a part of this challenge? Some examples of ways may be to return to, review, or redo parts of the workbook at regular intervals, create computer or smart phone reminders of the most important lessons for you, or make a schedule for continuing to practice the activities that were most beneficial to you. 2 What can you do to help you follow through in achieving your best possible life and the goals that you set for yourself in the PATH process? Some examples of what you could do might include creating a schedule for working towards specific goals, meeting regularly with members of your PATH “dream team” to report progress and get their support, and identifying ways to celebrate and reward yourself for the progress that you make. 3 1 Chapter 24 Complete the Well-Being Survey Complete and score the survey below. This is the same survey that you may have completed at the end of the first chapter. If you completed that initial survey, then you can now compare your scores at the beginning and end of the challenge. (There is an additional copy of this survey that you can complete as many times as you want in Appendix E). Instructions: First, circle the number that best indicates your response for each question. Second, add up your scores for the five elements of well-being (positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment) and for negative emotions. Third, see what the scores mean in the table below and compare these to your earlier scores. Then compare with the Well-Being Survey that you completed the first week of class. How do they compare? What changes do you see? What are your thoughts about the changes or lack of changes that you see? Write a minimum of 500 words in answer to these questions.
