Description Pick a persuasive topic. Your topic should persuade the audience to think or act a certain way. That means you must take a side and cannot straddle the fence on an issue or topic. Use the sample Persuasive Speech Outlineslocated on Canvas. You must submit a Phrase format outline for this speech. You are required to use a minimum of 3 sources in your research for your speech. NO WikiPedia!These sources must be cited orally in the speech as well as listed in a bibliography at the end of your outline that is due the day you speak.
