Description EMPLOYMENTCONFLICTS OFINTERESTASSIGNMENTINSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW Have you ever been in, or are you familiar with, a conflict-of-interest employment situation? Can you think of any rules or any practices that could have prevented the situation from occurring? Can you think of any initiatives, structures, or procedures that could make it easy to avoid such conflicts in the future? How was it resolved? What are some biblical principles, i.e., “Dishonest Scales,” and truths you have learned through this experience? Can you think of examples of OCIs or the use of “Dishonest Scales”? INSTRUCTIONS For this assignment, the student will write at least 500 words, but not more than 600 words. The students must support their assertions with at least two scholarly citations in current APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last five years. Acceptable sources include the textbook, provided articles, video, the Bible, and other scholarly sources. Note: Your assignment will be checked for originality via the Turnitin plagiarism tool.
