Description - Assignment (Consumer Journey) Provide a thoughtful 250+ word response to all of the questions below (250 words total, not for each section). The use of it, and an example is provided on pages 44 and 45 of your textbook. For this assignment you're going to create a customer journey map for Macomb Community College. While Macomb Community has several different target markets (recent high school graduates, returning to school, job re-training, etc.), for this assignment think of the target market in which you fall. Use your own consumer journey to help you complete this assignment. Since this is a shared document, I want you create your own journey map in the below attached word document which you will attach to this assignment. THEN, I want us to create a shared journey map as a class. Part 1: Using this attached word document Download this attached word documentcreate your own customer journey map including the following: Stage 1 is Pre-purchase ("shopping" for a school) Stage 2 is Purchase (attending school) Stage 3 is Post-Purchase (after you graduate) Using a combination of the sample on page 45, complete the following areas: Actions: What the customer do?
