Description As leaders, we must be sensitive to diversity among our workforce.    Identifying unique traits and recognizing individual differences allows us to reach out and lead people who may not have originally followed us.   Review Chapter 13 for discussion about the importance of leading a diverse workforce.   Consider the following classifications: Age, Gender or Nationality.   I want you to select one of those classifications.   Identify the challenges associated with leading someone who is different from you.   For example, if you are male.  What challenges would you face or what considerations must be made when leading females.   I want you to actually research this, do not write from experience or your assumptions.   Sometimes we do not know what challenges we may face until we step back and research some of the challenges others have experienced.     Then, consider those challenges and your top 5 strengths you discovered through the Strengths assessment.  What would you have to change or what adjustments would need to be made and why?
